  I went to the Pharmacy across the road from the Medical Centre to see if they recommend any products to use on my open wound, and they advised me the products I was currently using (antiseptic etc.) is what they can only provide me, and they recommended me to quickly go across to the Medical Centre to see if they can help me with maybe antibiotics and to dress the wound properly. I went there with 10 mins left til closed, and the lady at receptionist refused to let me in (as the door was locked) and she looked at me like a stunned mullet, which she finally opened the doors. I asked if there was an available doctor to help me with my wound, and she immediately said no (note this, the medical centre was empty) and I politely asked for help as I was struggling to walk (wound on my leg) and she hesitated to say either ok, or no. The Receptionist popped her head around the corner without even asking the doctor if they would be able to help me and she responded “no sorry, the doctor is being seen, you need to make an appointment tomorrow” which honestly is either no one was actually there or she couldn’t be bothered to help a patient.
  
  Reading all these negative reviews from this Medical Centre makes me not surprised how other patients have been treated from the doctor and mainly the receptionist. Management sincerely need to review their employment with Medical Admin/Receptionist otherwise you will be receiving more 1 Star Reviews more often from other patients because the Receptionist is either too busy looking for her next handbag purchase, or telling patients they are sincerely booked out with 1 patient in the room.

  I was very impressed with how delightfully real. personable, warm and friendly Dr Noor was and she made me feel super comfortable in her professional presence discussing a sensitive issue.
  I also met some other lovely clients in the waiting room.

  Good parking facilities, very neat and clean waiting areas. Multiple waiting areas with different seating options. Very professional reception staffs, always available and attentive.
  I always go there for Dr. Jai, probably the best GP and great human being I have met. Always looks pleasant and very knowledgeable. He gives everyone their time to explain and even if you go late evening he will never rush you through. Someone we can call Doctor with all it means.

  I would like to thank Dr Jaishanker for taking great care of my health over the past five years, you are a amazing doctor and person. I have never had a doctor who cares so much about his patients and thank you for never refusing me even when l didn't have a appointment.

  "I have been a patient at this surgery practice since 2013, under the care of Doctor Olivia Waturuocha. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received. The nursing staff and receptionists are good, with a rating of 3 out of 5. Despite moving several times in the last 10 years, I have never considered seeing another practitioner."
